By accessing or using SolarSystemResource ("the Platform"), operated by Corgan Studio ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
SolarSystemResource is a heliocentric solar system spatial intelligence platform that provides interactive 3D visualization of planetary orbits, spacecraft, comets, asteroids, and deep space missions at solar system scale. The Platform is part of the Resource Systems suite, which includes TerraResource (Earth), MoonResource (Moon), MarsResource (Mars), and SolarSystemResource (heliocentric view).
The Platform integrates data from NASA, JPL, ESA, and other public sources. Data accuracy depends on upstream providers and is provided on an "as-is" basis.
Some features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
The Platform offers Free, Researcher ($149/month), Team ($499/month), and Enterprise ($2,499/month) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
You agree not to:
The Platform's design, code, user interface, and proprietary data layers are the intellectual property of Corgan Studio. Third-party data (NASA, JPL, ESA) is subject to the respective providers' usage terms and is generally available under open data policies. The Platform uses the open-source spacekit.js rendering engine under its respective license. The Resource Systems brand, logos, and platform architecture are trademarks of Corgan Studio.
The Platform visualizes data from multiple third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. The Platform is not a substitute for official ephemeris sources or mission-critical navigation tools. Orbital positions, spacecraft trajectories, and small body locations are approximations based on the best available public data and Keplerian propagation, not continuously updated JPL Horizons queries.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Corgan Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profit.
We reserve the right to modify the Platform, these terms, pricing, or features at any time. Material changes to terms will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@corganstudio.com.
